Maryland Department of Information Technology, Office of Enterprise Data — Digital Content Strategy & Web Experience
The Maryland Department of Information Technology, Office of Enterprise Data works to strengthen how the state uses data to serve residents. I helped shape the digital presence of the office by translating complex data initiatives into accessible, user-friendly web content.
My work focused on clarifying the office’s mission, structuring information for diverse audiences, and ensuring the site communicates Maryland’s commitment to data transparency, literacy, and responsible data governance.

What I Did
I developed content and page structures that help government staff, partners, and the public better understand Maryland’s data ecosystem. The goal was to make technical work approachable while highlighting how enterprise data supports better decision-making across state government.
Impact
This work helped position the Office of Enterprise Data as a clear, trusted resource for Maryland’s data initiatives while improving the accessibility of information for internal teams, policymakers, and the public.
