Erykah is a digital storyteller. She helps organizations tell authentic stories and specializes in curating content for diverse groups. She believes data tells the deeper story and uses design thinking methods to solve creative problems.

Erykah believes in the power of good storytelling. As a Canadian American with Caribbean and French Montréal roots, she lives and breaths multiculturalism and infuses that mindset into the solutions she creates for her clients. Her 16-year career in design, digital marketing, and communications spans the globe and crosses multiple industries such as, government, cybersecurity, international relations, and the private sector.

Some of her most notable work has been with USAID, Resilience Links, Agrilinks, ADRA International, World Vision, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS.gov), where she increased shared knowledge by 63% across a team of 40+ contractors by creating new communication systems.

She uses design thinking research methods to ensure a profound understanding of the challenges and context behind every project. She taps into Deep listening to discover the unique needs of each client and swears by writing ideas by hand. She is based in the Washington D.C. area with her son and podcasts about motherhood when she needs to fuel her soul.
